Ingredients
- 1 head White Cabbage Small, about 2½ pounds
- 2 Tablespoons Butter Unsalted
- 1½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

- Large Sauté Pan
Instructions
- Cut the cabbage in half then slice as thinly as possible around the core, as though you were making coleslaw. Discard core.
- Melt butter in large sauté pan.
- Add cabbage, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender and begins to brown.
- Season to taste and serve warm.
