Chicken wraps with corn tortillas, on a bed of lettuce with fresh tomatoes.

Ingredients 

  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1 bag Coleslaw Mix Small bag (4 ounces)
  • 2 cans Chicken Drained
  • 2 Tablespoons Salad Dressing Or other sauce
  • 2 Tortillas Flour

Equipment

  • Stovetop
  • Large Skillet

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a large skillet.
  • Add coleslaw mix and cook 2-3 minutes. Add chicken and cook for 1-2 more minutes.
  • Stir in hoisin and soy sauce. Heat through, then remove from heat.
  • Place tortillas on a plate and cover with a towel or plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 45 seconds, until softened.
  • Place half of chicken mixture on each tortilla. Fold each end inward, then roll to make a wrap.

Notes

  • Grated carrot and cabbage can be used to replace the coleslaw mix.
  • For added flavor try Caesar, Italian, or ranch dressing. You could also use your favorite barbecue sauce.
