- ⅓ cup Honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon Optional

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Using your hands or scooping with a measuring spoon, form into 24 equally-sized balls.
- Arrange bites on a lined baking sheet and freeze until firm, about 1 hour.
