Pizza Dough

Ingredients 

  • ½ cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Yogurt Nonfat, plain
  • teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt

Equipment

  • Oven
  • Stovetop
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Baking Sheet
  • Skillet

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix ingredients together into a ball.
  • Let sit for 30 minutes.
  • Roll out dough.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add pizza dough for about 2 minutes to get crispy.
  • Remove from pan; add sauce and toppings of your choice
  • Bake in oven at 350°F for 12 minutes.
