Roasted Radishes

Roasted Radishes are a simple and flavorful side dish made with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and herbs, bringing out their natural sweetness with a tender, caramelized finish.

Ingredients 

  • 1 bunch Radishes
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Herbs Fresh, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil

Equipment

  • Oven
  • Baking Sheet

Instructions

  • Trim ends off radishes and slice in half.
  • Place on a baking sheet. Toss with olive oil and salt.
  • Roast at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Remove baking sheet from oven and place radishes in a serving bowl. Toss with lemon juice and herbs.
