Cranberry Jalapeño Dip
This elegant Cranberry Jalapeño Dip expertly balances sweet, tart, spicy and creamy flavors, making it an ideal addition to any festive spread.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces Cranberries
- 2 Jalapeño Peppers Seeded, ribs removed
- 2 Green Onions Chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 16 ounces Cream Cheese Low-fat

Instructions
- Place cranberries, jalapenos, green onion and cilantro into a food processor; pulse until finely chopped. Transfer mixture to a bowl; add sugar, lemon juice and salt. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours. Strain liquid well.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese on medium speed until smooth, 3-4 minutes. Spread onto a serving dish. Spoon cranberry mixture on top of cream cheese. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve.
