Cottage Cheese Wrap
A wholesome, baked Cottage Cheese Wrap that's light yet filling. Filled with fresh arugula and tomatoes, it's a customizable base for any toppings you prefer. Perfect for a healthy, versatile meal or snack!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese Low-fat
- Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Every but the Bagel Seasoning
- ½ Tomato Sliced
- 1 cup Arugula
- Optional Bell peppers, diced chicken – whatever you prefer in a wrap!
Equipment
- Oven
- Baking Sheet
- Parchment Paper
Instructions
- Place 1 cup of cottage cheese on parchment paper on top of baking sheet.
- Spread cottage cheese as thin as possible (without creating holes/tears in cottage cheese) on parchment paper to make a rectangular shape.
- Place baking sheet in 350 degree heated oven for 30 minutes, turning half way through.
- Take out of oven once finished cooking, and let cool for 15 minutes.
- Gently peel off cottage cheese wrap from parchment paper.
