Cottage Cheese Wrap

A wholesome, baked Cottage Cheese Wrap that's light yet filling. Filled with fresh arugula and tomatoes, it's a customizable base for any toppings you prefer. Perfect for a healthy, versatile meal or snack!

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese Low-fat
  • Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Every but the Bagel Seasoning
  • ½ Tomato Sliced
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • Optional Bell peppers, diced chicken – whatever you prefer in a wrap!

Equipment

  • Oven
  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper

Instructions

  • Place 1 cup of cottage cheese on parchment paper on top of baking sheet.
  • Spread cottage cheese as thin as possible (without creating holes/tears in cottage cheese) on parchment paper to make a rectangular shape.
  • Place baking sheet in 350 degree heated oven for 30 minutes, turning half way through.
  • Take out of oven once finished cooking, and let cool for 15 minutes.
  • Gently peel off cottage cheese wrap from parchment paper.
  • Place toppings of choosing (see Ingredients for recommendations) inside wrap, and enjoy!
