Cottage Cheese Chive Dip

Recipe Adapted From: GoodCulture.com
This Cottage Cheese Chive Dip recipe combines cottage cheese with fresh chives and seasonings for a creamy, low-fat dip. Perfect for dipping veggies or whole-grain cracks.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cottage Cheese Low-fat
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 Tablespoons Chives
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder

Equipment

  • Medium Mixing Bowl
  • Blender Or food processor

Instructions

  • Add cottage cheese, olive oil, salt and garlic powder to a food processor or high speed blender. Blend until the cottage cheese is thick and creamy.
  • Add ¼ cup of chopped chives. Pulse until combined (if you blend too long, it will turn the dip green).
  • Add to a bowl then top with additional chopped chives. Serve with chips and veggies.

Notes

  • Note: Can add an additional 2-3 tablespoons of milk to thin out the dip to get desired consistency.
