Banana Ice Cream

A nutritious, cold dessert the whole family can enjoy!

Ingredients 

  • 3 Bananas Peeled, cut into chunks, and frozen
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract Optional
  • teaspoon Cinnamon Optional
  • 2 Tablespoon Nut Butter Optional
  • ¼ cup Nuts Optional

Equipment

  • Blender

Instructions

  • Using a blender, puree the frozen bananas. Add the milk slowly as needed, until whipped to a creamy consistency, about 2 minutes.
  • Scoop into a bowl and enjoy.
