Overnight oats with blueberries in a jar

Classic Overnight Oats

Make eating a healthy breakfast easier by preparing the night before!

Ingredients 

  • ½ cup Rolled Oats Heaping ½ cup
  • ½ cup Milk Dairy or non-dairy
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Teaspoons Honey Optional; or maple syrup
  • Fruit Optional; fresh, frozen, or canned

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Covered Jar Or Container

Instructions

  • Whisk together all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  • Spoon into a jar or container with a tight-fitting lid.
  • Close and refrigerate overnight.
