Salad with lettuce, tomato, bacon and dressing

BLT Salad

This BLT salad is reminiscent of the classic bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich. It's a great summertime salad!

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound Turkey Bacon
  • ¾ cup Mayonnaise Low-fat
  • ¼ cup Milk Low-fat
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Salt To taste
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce Chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes Chopped
  • 2 cups Croutons

  • Stovetop
  • Large Skillet
  • Blender Optional

Instructions

  • Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels; crumble and set aside
