Picnic Chicken Salad

Onion and sweet pickle relish spice up a traditional chicken salad.

Ingredients 

  • cups Chicken Breast Cooked, diced or shredded
  • ½ cup Celery Chopped
  • ½ cup Onion Chopped
  • Tablespoons Pickle Relish
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise Light

Equipment

  • Large Mixing Bowl

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours. Use within 1-2 days.
