Cool off on a hot summer day with this refreshing Frozen Yogurt Bark. This kid-friendly treat combines sweet vanilla yogurt with fresh berries and crunchy toppings for a healthy ice cream alternative that's just as satisfying. Ingredients 

  • 2 cups Vanilla Yogurt Low-fat
  • ½ cup Fruit Sliced; strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • ½ cup Granola Optional
  • ½ cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips Melted, for drizzle

Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the yogurt on the sheet pan and spread it using an offset spatula.
  • Sprinkle it evenly toppings of choice.
  • Freeze until firm, at least 3 hours or overnight.
