This Tzatziki Yogurt Sauce recipe is cool, creamy, and pairs well with several meals. Serve this sauce on grilled meats, sandwiches, veggies, and more.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup Yogurt Low-fat
  • 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 Cucumber Shredded
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Mint Chopped, or dill

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in bowl and stir well.
  • Serve immediately. Add it to a green salad then combine with falafels and warm pita.
